Kunitachi Viollet Hall is a rental hall that can be used for recitals, concerts, piano lessons, private practice, etc.
It is a 3-minute walk from Kunitachi Station and can seat up to 55 people. JP



Kunitachi Violet Hall is operated and managed by Musashi Gakki Co.
Please note that the terms and conditions for use of the hall are set out below.

About application

Please check the hall calendar or call (042-575-0008) to confirm that we may be closed on a temporary basis for facility inspections and repairs.
2.Time of use
Appointments can be made for as little as one hour, or in 30-minute increments for more than one hour.
3.Application start date
Reservations can be made from the 1st day (or the next business day if the day is a regular holiday) 6 months prior to the scheduled date of use.
4.How to apply
Please check the availability on the hall calendar and apply by phone, fax or email. (However, reservations by e-mail will be accepted up to 3 days before your preferred date.

About fees and payment
Basic rates vary depending on the number of people, date and time, and purpose of use.
Please refer to our price list.
  • ◆ For personal use only, please ask for a discount of ¥500 per hour upon presentation of your student ID card (*High school age or older) at the time of booking.
  • ◆ If you need more time to set up and prepare for the event, please include that time in your application. We ask that you clean up and leave the room within the time limit.
  • ◆ Please note that we may change the fees and terms of use without notice.
2.How to pay
The reservation is confirmed upon payment. Payment must be made at least 2 days before the date of use.
Please transfer the basic fee to the designated account within 5 days of your tentative reservation.Click here for the bank account to be transferred.
If there is a change in option fees or other fees, please pay the difference in cash on the day.
3.Cancellation of Reservations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

Terms of Use
1.Purpose of use
The piano is mainly available for use in musical activities.
Seminars, sales, political or religious activities, or any other similar activities are strictly prohibited.
For the purpose of preventing accidents, we will not allow any event that exceeds the maximum capacity of the venue (maximum 55 seats).
Please note that depending on the nature of the event, we may not allow any other activities.
① Smoking, eating and drinking
The entire building, including the hall, waiting room and restrooms, is a non-smoking area.
Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the hall. If you wish to eat or drink, please reserve a waiting room (extra charge) separately.
(There is a possibility that the waiting room may not be available due to other reasons, so please check in advance.
② Bringing in equipment and decorations (flowers, etc.)
You may bring in your own music as long as it does not affect the hall equipment and piano, but please let us know the details as soon as possible to be sure.
③ Preparation and cleanup
If you need more time to set up and prepare for the event, please apply for that time as well.
④ Lost and Found
Items left in the hall will be kept for 7 days, including the day of use.
If the owner of the item is not identified and has not contacted us or picked up the item before that time, we may dispose of the item accordingly. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any damages and expenses incurred.
⑤ Other Prohibited Matters
  • ◆ Posters and information displays on walls and glass in the Hall.
  • ◆ Bringing in hazardous materials.
  • ◆ Bringing in items that emit bad odors or strange smells.
  • ◆ Actions that are offensive to public order and morals, and words or actions that may disturb other customers.
  • ◆ Pets other than guide dogs.
  • ◆ Acts forbidden by law.
  • ◆ Transferring or subleasing the right to use the hall to a other person.

Please note that we may cancel your reservation or suspend your use of the room if we determine that any of the above restrictions have been met.
We will not be liable for any damage caused to you by such a cancellation or suspension.

Indemnity and liability
1.Theft or damage to property

Please keep your valuables and other belongings in your possession.
The Company will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to items that occur during use of the hall unless there is gross negligence on the part of the Company.
In the event of defacement or damage to facilities (including pianos, other rented items, and buildings) during use of the hall, the actual cost of restoring the facilities to their original state will be charged to the guest.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by natural disasters or traffic accidents that make the hall unavailable for use.
Please note that our employees may be allowed to enter the halls and waiting rooms when necessary for facility management and operation.
