A. It is a used piano that has been carefully repaired and tuned at our own Musashi Gakki workshop. Our experienced repair staff and veteran tuners clean, maintain, adjust, and voice the piano, ensuring it is ready for you to use with confidence.

A. You can choose from cash, bank transfer, various credit cards, electronic money, or shopping credit (installment payments).

A. All used pianos purchased from Musashi Gakki and new Kawai pianos come with a 1-year warranty. Schimmel pianos come with a 5-year warranty.
Note: The warranty period for devices like mute systems or electronic pianos is 6 months. However, even after the warranty expires, feel free to consult us for any issues.

A. Musashi Gakki offers piano rentals starting from just one day. We are flexible and happy to accommodate your needs, so please feel free to inquire.

A. Typically, tuning takes between 1 to 2 hours. However, if the piano has not been tuned for a while or requires repairs, it may take 2 to 3 hours.
