Application for the Hall and Practice Room Use

How to Apply

1) Please check the availability on the reservation calendar below and apply via phone, fax, email, or the inquiry form.
※Emails are accepted up to 3 days before the desired date. For applications after that, please use phone or fax.
① Desired date and time
② Purpose (individual practice, recital, rehearsal, etc.)
③ Piano to be used (Yamaha, Steinway)
④ Expected number of attendees (up to 55 seats)
⑤ Representative's name, phone number, address (fax, email address)

2) You will be contacted by the person in charge within 3 days for confirmation. We will confirm your application details and inform you of the usage fees.

3) Payment of usage fees: You can choose from cash, bank transfer, various credit cards, or electronic money. Please make your payment at the Musashi Gakki showroom on the day of use.

"Scheduled" indicates times that are already reserved. By clicking on each schedule, you can see the end time.
The available reservation hours are from 9:00 to 21:00.
As soon as a reservation is made, it will be reflected on the calendar, but there may be reservations that are not yet displayed. We appreciate your understanding.
