Kunitachi Violet Hall is operated and managed by Musashi Gakki Co., Ltd.
Please review the following terms and conditions before applying for use.

Regarding Application for Use

1. Available Dates

9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on business days.
Closed during the New Year holiday period. Please note that there may also be temporary closures for facility inspections and repairs. For confirmation, please check the Hall Calendar or contact us by phone at 042-575-0008.

2. Usage Time

The minimum reservation time is 1 hour. For bookings longer than 1 hour, it is also possible to reserve in 30-minute increments.

3. Application Start Date

You can make a reservation starting from the 1st day of the month, 6 months before your intended use date (if it falls on a holiday, the following business day).

4. How to Apply

Please check the availability on the Hall Calendar and apply by phone, fax, or email. (However, email applications are accepted only up to 3 days before the desired date.)

  • ② Purpose (e.g., individual practice, recital, rehearsal, etc.)
  • ③ Piano to be used (YAMAHA, Steinway&Sons)
  • ④ Expected number of users(Maximum 55 seats)
  • ⑤ Representative's name, phone number, address (fax number, email address)

At this point, it will be a provisional reservation. We will contact you within 3 days to confirm your application details and inform you of the usage fees.

Usage Fees and Payment Information

1. Usage Fee

The base fee varies depending on the number of guests, date, and purpose of use.
Please refer to the pricing table for details. 

  •  For Personal use only, we offer a ¥500 discount per hour with the presentation of a student ID (for high school students and above). Please mention this when making your reservation.
  •  If you require time for setup, preparation, or cleanup before leaving, please include that time in your booking. Complete cleanup and departure must be done within the reserved time.
  •  Please note that pricing and terms of use are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment Methods

You can choose from cash, bank transfer, various credit cards, and electronic payment methods. Please complete your payment via bank transfer or at the Musashi Gakki showroom by the day of your reservation.

3. Cancellation of Reservations

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. 
Please note that the following cancellation fees will apply for last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation Fee
2 to 7 days before the scheduled use date 30% of the basic fee
The day before the reservation date 50% of the basic fee
On the day of the reservation 100% of the basic fee

Guidelines for Use

1. Purpose of Use

The space is primarily available for musical activities that involve the use of a piano.
Seminars, commercial activities, political activities, religious activities, or any similar activities are strictly prohibited.
For safety reasons, events that significantly exceed the maximum capacity of 55 seats are not permitted.
Please note that we may decline reservations depending on the nature of the event. 

2. Restrictions

① Smoking and Dining Policies


Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility, including the hall, waiting rooms, and restrooms.
Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the hall. If you wish to have food or beverages, please reserve a waiting room (available for an additional fee).
Please note that the waiting room may not be available due to other reservations. Be sure to check in advance.

② Bringing Equipment and Decorations (e.g., Flowers)

You may bring equipment and decorations as long as they do not affect the hall facilities or piano. However, please inform us of the details in advance.

③ Setup and Cleanup 

If you require time for setup, preparation, or cleanup before leaving, please include that time in your booking. 

④ Lost and Found Policy 

Lost items left in the hall will be kept for seven days, including the date of use.
If the owner is not identified and the item is not claimed within this period, it may be disposed of at our discretion. Please note that any associated costs or damages will be the responsibility of the customer.

⑤ Other Prohibited Activities 
  • ◆ Attaching posters or signs to walls or glass surfaces inside the facility
  • ◆ Bringing hazardous materials
  • ◆ Bringing items that emit strong or unpleasant odors
  • ◆ Engaging in activities that violate public order and morals or disturb other guests
  • ◆ Bringing pets, except for guide dogs
  • ◆ Any actions prohibited by law
  • ◆ Transferring or subleasing the right to use the hall to a third party

If we determine that any of the above restrictions have been violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation or suspend your use of the facility. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of such actions.

Liability and Compensation

1. Theft and Damage of Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables and personal belongings secure. 
We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items during your use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. 
If any facility equipment (including the piano, rental items, or the building itself) is stained or damaged during use, the actual cost of restoration will be charged.

2. Disclaimer

We are not liable for any damages resulting from natural disasters, transportation accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that render the use of the hall impossible.

Other

For operational and management purposes, our staff may enter the hall or waiting room during your use. Thank you for your understanding.
